At Amatullah, we carefully inspect each order before it is shipped. Because our products include items worn directly on the face, niqabs are non-returnable once worn or used for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Faulty
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactamatullah.co@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide a refund or appropriate resolution.
